"We were so happy to work with Jan at Splash Furnishings. Having bought our condo without seeing it we really relied on Splash to give us advice on how we should paint and furnish our condo to distinguish it from others in our complex. Over the internet we selected a couple of our favorite furnishings from the Splash website and then in regular consultation with Jan we made decisions on all the remaining furnishings, and often relied on expertise and advice.
When we visited our condo we were blown away with how wonderful it was, there is not a single thing that we would change and we were excited to see many colors and accents which we may not have chosen ourselves but which really gave a very professional look. All our appliances were top of the line, to fit in with the overall feel of the condo, Splash did not cut back their quality in any area.
My husband was always looking for the wow factor and Splash provided this. We love our condo and after having made it available for rent just 7 days ago we already have three confirmed bookings based we believe on the photos we have shown.

" My wife and I are the owners of a one bedroom, two bath unit at Emerald Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, Florida, a unit that we have purchased strictly for rental income and appreciation. We took possession of the unit on June 1, 2007.
We are also long time owners (Jan 1997) of a rental unit on Sanibel Island, Florida. We are very hands -on owners, and did extensive decorating of our Sanibel unit ourselves, including painting, artwork and all furnishings.
When we purchased our Emerald Beach Unit in PCB, we fully intended to do the same with this unit. We did inquire, for comparison sake, with some trusted real estate professionals in PCB, on who they would hire if decorating was left to a professional. This led us to discussions with Jan Atkinson, at Splash Furnishings. We had already decided on our own decorating plan, when Jan presented us with a large package of different units she had done, mailed directly to us here in Ohio.
My wife, Dena, immediately fell in love with one of the designs, and, is spite of always doing our own work, felt very comfortable with Jan and decided to try a professional.
Long story short, we LOVE our unit. My family has also stayed there and loved it too! It was placed in the EBR rental program with an A+ rating (highest) and has generated over $3800 in gross rentals in approximately one month. This in spite of EBR not being completely finished at this point.
Jan has gone out of her way to follow up on every question or request. She took it upon herself to notify management that my AC was not working right, to track down my owner's closet keys, and to also locate and put into my closet my new owners package that the builder misplaced. This was all on her time, and certainly above and beyond what we expected.
Service and quality, with a delightful personality is how I would describe Jan and Splash furnishings. I feel confident she will meet and exceed your expectations. "
